This project aims to build a Node.js docker image used by other Rx3 packaging projects.

Features:
    - Currently based on rx3-docker/server:1.4.1-mga9 image,
    - Node.js V 22.23.2-2rx3,
    - PostgreSQL "pg" node modules.
