[WIP] Allow building with GTK+ 3.16+.

Set CMake option `ENABLE_GTK3` to `ON` to build with GTK+ 3.0.

In GTK3 mode:

- Use `GtkGrid` instead of `GtkTable`
- Don't use `GtkMisc` to set `GtkLabel`'s alignments
- `PianoKeyboard`'s draw() code still needs to be refactored (doesn't
  show key presses).
- Grab keyboard functionality still needs to be ported (doesn't work
  yet).
